- I do not know yet what I need. Should I still write?
- Yes. Choose "something else" and write a couple of sentences about your idea. We help you find out what suits you.
- How does the payment work?
- Before the work starts you pay 50% of the agreed sum. The rest is due on the day the site is ready or within 45 days of signing the contract, whichever comes first. Website care, hosting and extra services are not part of this schedule.
- What if I do not like the result?
- Within 15 calendar days of the order you can get back up to 100% of the prepayment, if you ask for it in writing before the design is shown or before the third round of changes.
- Do I have to order hosting and care as well?
- No. The price of the website is a one-time price. Hosting and website care are separate services and entirely optional.
- Can I send files or examples?
- Add links to sites you like to your message. Files such as a logo, texts and pictures you can send by email after our first reply.
