Yes. You need no earlier experience. Advice and consultation are free, and for the whole work you have one contact person you can always ask.

Write down what you need first. For a more complex solution this matters even more. Think through these questions:

• Do you need a website, an online shop or something more complex?

• Which features are important?

• Which design do you like?

• Do you have a logo, or does it need to be designed?

• How many pages and how many languages?

• Do you have a domain and web hosting?

• Are the texts, pictures and videos ready?

If some of it is still open, we settle it together.

1. You describe what you need and get a free offer. The offer does not bind you to anything.

2. You confirm the offer in writing and pay a 50% advance.

3. We show you the design before we start building. You comment and we make the changes.

4. We put the finished site live, set up the domain and show you how to change the content yourself.

Yes. Building a website is a one-off amount, written in the offer and on the invoice. Running costs, such as web hosting and website maintenance, are separate and optional.

Yes. Before the work starts you pay 50% of the agreed amount. You pay the rest on the day the site is finished or within 45 days of signing the contract, whichever comes first.

The payment plan does not cover website maintenance, web hosting or extra services. You pay for them by invoice.

Yes. If you are not happy with your new site, you can get back up to 100% of the advance payment within 15 calendar days of your order. To do so, write to us before we have shown you the design, or before the third round of changes.

The guarantee applies to all price plans. It does not cover the domain registration fee, rush work, updates of existing sites or add-on modules.

No. WebAdmin OÜ is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the price. Paid plugins, ready-made designs and other companies' fees are added to the price separately.

No. We do not offer web hosting ourselves and do not make it a must. You get web hosting, email and a domain from our partners Zone.eu and Veebimajutus.ee, often at a discount.

We help you choose a fitting package, set everything up and move an existing site over for free.

Yes, if you want. There are three maintenance packages: TURVA, TURVA+ and TURVA PRO. Before every update we make a full backup of the site.

You get a package with a 6- or 12-month contract, and with yearly payment you get 2 months free. We also maintain sites that another company hosts.

Yes. When the work is finished and the invoice is paid, the site, an exclusive design and all its files belong to you.

Other companies may also use a ready-made design. You get the right to use it on your site.

Yes. When we put the finished site live, we show you how to change the texts and pictures yourself. If you want us to look after the site, see the maintenance packages.
